If traveling Highway 49 South, Wendy Oaks will be on your left. You'll need to pass Wendy Oaks, drive ½ mile and make a U-turn at the intersection. It is a very large intersection. After U-turn and when traveling North, Wendy Oaks will be on your Right. (It is big rig accessible)

Wendy Oaks RV Resort Policies

• Wendy Oaks RV Resort main number: 601-845-CAMP (2267)
• Office Hours: Monday – Saturday 10am – 6:00pm, and Sundays noon-6:00pm.
• Check-in time is at noon or later (even after office closes). Check-out time is by noon on the day of departure.
• Since Wendy Oaks is a small RV park, the office may not always be open/staffed due to the manager overseeing various park and guest needs throughout the day. If you need assistance and the office is closed, please call the main number and your call will be routed to the manager’s cell phone.

To make your stay with us enjoyable, please read and adhere to our park policies below. When you book your stay, you agree to the following:

• Each camper acknowledges that there is an element of risk in any activity associated with the outdoors. The sole responsibility of safety for yourself and all minor children in your party lies with you. In agreeing to this, you also acknowledge that outdoor activities/water activities/natural element exposure/wildlife can be dangerous and may result in injury/death. Therefore, you assume full responsibility for personal injury to yourselves and/or members of your party, and for loss or damage to your personal property and expenses thereof as a result of any negligence or the negligence of a party member participating in any outdoor activity while at Wendy Oaks RV Resort, Inc.
• Deposits: To guarantee your chosen RV site, a deposit of 50% of your total rental invoice will be charged at booking.
• Cancellation & No-show Policies – As with any business, cancellations are unfortunate for the guest as well as the campground, so we have designed our policies to be as fair as possible to both:
• Full deposit refunds, minus credit card processing fees, provided you CALL no later than noon, 48 hours before your scheduled arrival date (no emails will be accepted for cancellations due to potential time delays).
• Cancellations received after noon, 48 hours prior to scheduled arrival date, will result in full loss of deposit.
• No shows will be charged the full rental invoice to the credit card on file.
• Early Departure Policy – Sorry, no refunds on early departure.
• RV site rates are based on a 4-person and 2-vehicle occupancy. Additional overnight guests are $5.00 per person/per night. Children 3 and under are free. The maximum number of overnight people per site is eight (8). Please speak with the manager regarding availability for extra vehicles because overflow parking may not be available.
• Although campers chose their site when making a reservaion, management reserves the right to change a site to another comparable site in special cases.
• Campers are liable for the actions of your pets, children, and guests, and are financially responsible for any damage done within and to the park facilities.
• We want children to be safe and have a good time but always under the watchful eyes of a parent or guardian. We are not responsible for their safety or welfare. You are liable for their behavior and any damages that might be caused. Please do not allow your children to chase or antagonize the ducks or any wildlife within the park.
• Well-behaved pets are always welcome at Wendy Oaks but for your protection & the protection of others – the following must be strictly adhered to – thank you for understanding…
• Pet owner shall immediately pick up and properly dispose of pet’s waste (at site and within the park community areas).
• Dogs must be kept on leashes no longer than 6 feet when outside their owner’s vehicles or RV sites. Leashes must be short enough as to prohibit dogs from entering another occupied site. Do not leave a tethered dog unattended.
• Good behavior is required. Dogs of any breed that are hostile or aggressive will be asked to leave the RV park along with their owners (with no refunds).
• Please remember manners, constant barking bothers other campers. If your pet is too vocal, you will need to find other accommodations, without a refund.
• Only one RV unit allowed per site (no tent camping without prior approval from manager, must receive approval BEFORE booking the site online).
• Quiet times – Monday through Thursday and Sunday are 10:00pm – 7:00am, Friday and Saturday are 11:00pm – 8:00am. Please be mindful of your nearby campers and keep music/loud noises to a minimum.
• No parking on any grassy areas, street, or in empty campsites. Each site is allowed a maximum of 2 vehicles within the designed site's gravel area.
• Campfires are to be in designated RV site fire pits only. No ground fires. Make sure to extinguish all fires before going to sleep or leaving the campsite. Firewood may be purchased at the office, or you may bring your own. Cutting down of any trees is not allowed. You may gather deadwood. No burning of trash or other debris within the fire pits or the campground.
• To respect the privacy of others you are not allowed to cross over another occupied site without the permission of the occupant themselves.
• Wendy Oaks is family friendly. If consuming alcoholic beverages, please be respectful of your neighbors. Loud or obnoxious behavior will not be tolerated. Under-age drinking (under 21) and illegal drugs are not allowed.
• The use of firearms, bb guns, bows/arrows, or fireworks are not allowed. (There is a fireworks exception for July 4th and New Years Eve. Speak with manager for requirements and stipulations.)
• Drones are not allowed to respect each camper’s privacy.
• Washing of RV or vehicles, oil changes, car repairs are NOT allowed. Please ask the manager for information on nearby services.
• Fishing is permitted and encouraged! Since it is a private lake, a fishing license is not required. Fishing is included for registered campers. Any camper’s local guest(s) that would like to fish is $5.00 per person per day, payable in advance at the office.
• A Jon boat, 2 paddleboats, 2 kayaks and 1 youth kayak are provided for guest use at no charge. Liability waiver must be signed before use is permitted. All children 17 and under are required to wear life jackets. Life jackets are also available in the office for camper use.
• Currently swimming is NOT allowed in the lake.
• The lake at Wendy Oaks is partially shared with a private residence. Please abide by the private property signs and do not enter the adjoining private property.
• No outside UTVs, ATVs or 4 wheelers are allowed in the park. Golf carts are allowed. There is an additional $10.00 nightly fee for golf cart charging.
• Please help keep the RV park nice for all guests by picking up your trash (including cigarette butts) and utilizing the trash can at your rental site.
• Management statement: This property is privately owned. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Those refusing to abide by the policies may be asked to leave without refund. Wendy Oaks RV Resort, Inc. as well as its directors, officers, and staff are not responsible for accidents, injury, loss of money, or other valuables. Secure your belongings on the grounds and park facilities.

AUTO-COLLECT
At the time of booking, 50% of the reservation balance will be collected. Payment for all retail items and gift certificates will also be collected. Applies to: all reservations.


CHILDREN & PETS
Children are welcome with an accompanying adult. Children age 3 and under stay free. Pets are welcome.
